我原本去年設定了一個目標,年底想站穩一個手倒立⋯但是時間已經過了很久,我發現⋯ 真的沒那麼簡單。要一直持續的練習,肌肉控制不是一下子就練得出來。要一直去找自己的弱點再把它加強???♀️ 不過我很愛這個學習過程,練習手跟肩膀的力量,還有怎麼啟發大腿,從前側到後側,從骨盆到腳趾頭。腿穩了 才慢慢找到
它跟核心的整合…. 真是奇妙!??♀️�享受過程~繼續努力投入練習,而且還是要相信自己總有一天會站在手上!???\

I wanted to be able to stand on my hands at the end of last year. But ughhh… It really isn’t that easy. But that’s ok :) It’s fun to learn how to engage every body part, not only strengthening arms and shoulders, but also how to tighten up the legs from back to front, from hip to toe, and activate the core together! ??\
The joy is in the process. Just do the work - and you gotta BELIEVE ;) ?\
